Summary

This study compares two add-on drugs (dexmedetomidine and fentanyl) mixed with standard spinal anesthesia for lower leg surgeries. The goal is to see which one provides longer-lasting numbness and better pain control during the operation. It involves 40 adults having planned leg surgery to measure how long the numbness lasts and monitor side effects like low blood pressure.
