Summary
This study tested whether a 10-week combination therapy program could help children with spina bifida manage urinary incontinence better than standard care. The program included biofeedback, gentle manual therapy, behavior training, diet advice, and mild electrical stimulation. Researchers measured changes in wetting episodes, pelvic muscle strength, and quality of life for 66 adolescents over several months.
