Summary
This study compares two forms of sclerotherapy (liquid vs foam) for treating spider veins and reticular veins, with some participants also using a herbal gel. About 508 adults with mild vein disease will be treated and followed for improvement in vein appearance and side effects. The goal is to find which method works best and is safest for cosmetic and comfort outcomes.
