Summary
This study is testing the long-term safety of an investigational drug called SPI-1005 for adults with Meniere's Disease. Researchers want to see if taking the medication for 6 to 12 months is safe and well-tolerated. The trial is enrolling 200 participants who have active symptoms like vertigo, hearing loss, or tinnitus.
