Tiny titanium spheres aim to stabilize broken backs

NCT ID NCT07242677

Summary

This study is looking back at how well a medical device called SPHEREPLAST works for people with spinal fractures. The device is a small titanium sphere placed during a procedure to help stabilize the broken bone. Researchers will check the medical records of 40 patients to see if their pain and mobility improved over a year, and if the device was safe.
