Summary

This study tests a new device, the Sphere-9 catheter and Affera ablation system, to treat ventricular tachycardia (VT), a fast and dangerous heart rhythm. About 60 adults with VT caused by heart scarring will receive this treatment. The goal is to see if the device can safely stop the abnormal heartbeats and prevent them from coming back.
