New cancer drug enters first human testing for advanced tumors
NCT ID NCT07038005
Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new cancer drug called SPGL008 in patients with advanced tumors that have spread or cannot be removed by surgery. The main goal is to find the safest dose and see how well patients tolerate the drug when given either through an IV or injection under the skin. Researchers will also look for early signs that the drug might help shrink tumors in 96 participants with various advanced cancers.
