Summary
This study is testing whether an investigational drug called SPG601 can improve thinking skills, behavior, and daily functioning in adult men with Fragile X syndrome. The trial will enroll 248 participants who will receive either the drug or a placebo for several weeks. Researchers will measure changes in cognitive tests, caregiver reports, and brain activity to see if the treatment helps.
