Summary
This study is testing whether an experimental medication called SPG302 can help control symptoms and improve brain function in adults with schizophrenia. Thirty-two participants will take either SPG302 or a placebo pill daily for six weeks while researchers measure changes in symptoms, thinking skills, and quality of life. The study aims to determine if SPG302 is safe and effective for managing this complex mental health condition.
