NCT ID NCT07359092
First seen Jan 26, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study measured two natural substances, spexin and phoenixin-20, in the blood of 143 girls to see if they can help doctors tell the difference between true early puberty (central precocious puberty) and a harmless early breast development (premature thelarche). The goal was to find a better way to diagnose without unnecessary treatments. No treatment was given; the study only observed and compared levels among the groups.
