Summary
This program provided a medicine called spesolimab to 39 people in China with a serious skin disease, generalized pustular psoriasis (GPP), who had no other treatment options. Participants received a single infusion of the drug into a vein, with a possible second dose one week later if needed. The study lasted about 4 months and aimed to control disease flare-ups, not cure the condition.
