Summary
This study is testing whether a natural compound called spermidine, found in foods like wheat germ, can improve sleep and memory in older adults with mild cognitive impairment (MCI). 76 participants will take either spermidine or a placebo daily for 12 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in sleep patterns and memory performance to see if the supplement helps.
