New sperm prep device tested against standard method in fertility study
NCT ID NCT06990841
Summary
This study aims to compare two different methods for preparing sperm samples used in fertility treatments. Researchers want to see if a new device called LensHooke CA0 reduces DNA damage in sperm and improves embryo development compared to the standard preparation technique. The study involves couples undergoing fertility treatment where one sperm sample is split and processed both ways, then used to fertilize different eggs from the same batch to compare results.
