New sperm sorting tech tested in IVF study

Summary
This study compares a new, gentler way of preparing sperm for IVF (called microfluidics) to the standard method. The goal is to see if the new method saves time and leads to healthier embryos. About 100 couples will take part, using sperm from the same sample for both methods.
