Can a two-part supplement boost sluggish sperm?
NCT ID NCT07455890
Summary
This study tested whether adding alpha-lipoic acid to the supplement Coenzyme Q10 improves sperm movement in men with low sperm motility, compared to taking CoQ10 alone. It involved 40 men with this specific fertility issue who took the assigned supplements for three months. Researchers compared the two groups to see which treatment led to better sperm motility and checked for any side effects.
