Summary
This study tests whether a new device (LensHooke CA0) can reduce sperm DNA damage better than the standard method. About 50 couples will participate, with each sperm sample split and used to fertilize eggs from the same partner. Researchers will compare DNA damage, sperm quality, embryo development, and pregnancy rates between the two methods.
