First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 08, 2026 · Updated 16 times
Summary
This study is testing a special imaging tracer called [99mTc]Tc-DB8 to see if it can help tell apart breast cancers that have different estrogen receptor levels. About 40 adults with primary breast cancer will get a SPECT/CT scan after receiving the tracer. The goal is to improve how doctors identify tumor types without needing a tissue sample.
