Summary

This study looked back at medical records of 19 Spanish patients with various cancers that have a specific genetic change called an NTRK fusion. All patients received the drug larotrectinib through a special access program before it was widely available. The goal was to see how well the drug worked in everyday practice, including how long tumors shrank or stayed under control.
