Summary
This study tested a combination of two drugs, sorafenib and irinotecan, in 64 adults with advanced colorectal cancer that had a specific gene change called K-RAS. The goal was to see if the combination could control the cancer after other treatments had stopped working. The study focused on disease control and safety, not a cure.
