NCT ID NCT07441395
Summary
This study is testing a new oral medication called soquelitinib for adults with moderate to severe eczema (atopic dermatitis). About 200 participants will take either the drug or a placebo pill daily for 12 weeks to see if it safely reduces skin inflammation and itching. Doctors will closely monitor skin changes and side effects to determine if the treatment is effective and well-tolerated.
