Mind-Body therapy tested to ease anxiety in brain tumor patients

NCT ID NCT05189366

Summary

This study explored whether adding sophrology—a relaxation and breathing technique—to standard speech therapy could help adults with aggressive brain tumors. The goal was to see if this combination could reduce anxiety and improve quality of life for patients who often struggle with communication and emotional distress. The trial was small and ended early, so the results are limited.
