New cochlear implant features aim to cut through noise

Summary
This study tested two new sound-processing features in the SONNET 3 cochlear implant: Focused Beamformer and AI Mode Medium. The goal was to see if these features help users hear speech better in noisy environments. 40 experienced cochlear implant users took part. The results will show if these upgrades improve hearing in challenging situations.
