Summary
This study tested how well and how safely the drug sonidegib worked for adults in China with a type of advanced skin cancer called locally advanced basal cell carcinoma (laBCC). The participants had cancer that could not be treated with surgery or radiation therapy. Researchers measured how many people's tumors shrank or disappeared and monitored side effects.
