Summary

This is the first human study of an experimental drug called SON-1010 for adults with advanced solid tumors that have stopped responding to standard treatments. Researchers will test increasing doses in 42 patients to find the safest amount and understand how the drug works in the body. The main goal is to check for side effects and determine the maximum safe dose before future studies.
