NCT ID NCT07518446
First seen Apr 21, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 9 times
Summary
People with serious mental illness often have undiagnosed physical problems like heart disease, diabetes, or cancer. This study adds routine health checkups to psychiatric clinics to see if they catch these hidden conditions better than usual care. About 2,800 adults with psychotic or mood disorders will take part, and their results will be compared to patients getting standard treatment.
