Summary
This study aims to understand the physical, cultural, and emotional challenges women in Somaliland face during pregnancy and after childbirth. Researchers will follow about 800 pregnant women through their pregnancy and postpartum period, collecting information through questionnaires and health measurements. The findings will be used to co-create better health education and contraceptive counseling materials tailored to the local community.
