Summary
This study aimed to see if the medication solriamfetol could help reduce excessive daytime sleepiness in people who work very early morning shifts (starting between 3 AM and 6 AM). It involved 84 participants with shift work disorder and tested if the drug could improve their alertness at work and quality of life without harming their sleep. The trial was terminated, and its final results are not provided here.
