Summary
This study tests a smartphone app called SOLOMIYA designed to help people living under the stress of war in Ukraine. The app offers relaxation exercises, mindfulness, and tips to improve sleep and mood. Researchers will check if the app is easy to use and if it helps reduce symptoms of depression and insomnia in 80 adults.
