Summary
This study tested two types of soleus pushups (short bursts vs. sustained holds) in 51 healthy young adults to see which better lowers blood sugar. Participants did the exercises, and their blood sugar was measured before and after. The goal was to find a simple, non-drug way to manage glucose levels.
