First seen May 14, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tests two ways to thicken the gum tissue around special dental implants (zygomatic implants) in people whose upper jawbone has shrunk. Four participants will receive both techniques—one on each side of the mouth—to see which method leads to healthier, thicker gum tissue over 6 months. The goal is to find the best approach to prevent gum problems and implant failure.
