Summary
This study looked at two types of hand therapy—instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization and cross fiber massage—to see which helps more with pain and knee movement after total knee replacement. Fifty adults aged 40 to 60 who had knee replacement surgery took part. The goal was to find a better way to ease pain and improve mobility after surgery.
