This study looks at two different ways to treat long-term low back pain that has no clear cause. One method uses a tool, the other uses sound waves, to loosen tight muscles and improve movement. The goal is to see which works better for reducing pain, improving flexibility, and helping people get back to daily activities. About 60 adults with back pain for at least 6 months will take part.
