Summary
This study tests whether using a piece of fat from the cheek (buccal pad of fat) works as well as a blood-derived membrane (platelet-rich fibrin) to cover special dental implants in the upper jaw. The goal is to improve gum thickness and reduce complications. The trial involves 24 adults with severe upper jaw bone loss who cannot use standard implants.
