Summary

This study checks if a new scoring tool called SOFA-2 can better predict death in intensive care unit (ICU) patients. Researchers will follow over 5,000 adults in Turkish ICUs and calculate their scores using routine lab results and vital signs. No extra tests or treatments are given. The goal is to help doctors more accurately assess how sick a patient is and improve care decisions.
