This trial tests whether a graft made from your own extracted tooth (demineralized dentin) can preserve the jawbone's width and density as well as a standard bone graft material (xenograft) after a tooth is removed. Forty adults needing a premolar extraction will be randomly assigned to receive one of the two materials.
