Can your friends get you off the couch? digital program tests team power for exercise
NCT ID NCT06662292
Summary
This study is testing whether adding a digital social support training program helps inactive adults become more physically active when they join with friends. Researchers will enroll 300 adults who don't get enough exercise and put them in small teams of 3-8 people. Half the teams will get a standard digital exercise program, while the other half will get the same program plus special training on how to support each other's exercise goals.
