Summary

This study looks at whether short, social-media style health education videos can help teenagers with chronic illnesses feel more ready to manage their own healthcare. About 44 teens aged 12-17 will be randomly assigned to watch these videos or use standard health websites. Researchers will measure changes in health knowledge, confidence, emotional well-being, and how often they keep doctor appointments.
