Summary
This study looks at whether a virtual program can help new mothers with postpartum depression find and use mental health services. Researchers will interview 10 women to understand what makes it hard to get help, then test a tailored online navigation program with 30 women over two months. The goal is to see if the program is practical, acceptable, and helpful in reducing depressive symptoms.
