Can a 16-Minute video make new moms smarter about baby care?
NCT ID NCT05132608
Summary
This study tested whether a short educational video sent via social media could help pregnant women learn more about caring for themselves and their babies after birth. Researchers in Nepal enrolled 229 pregnant women who owned smartphones and split them into two groups: one group watched the video and received weekly reminders, while the other received standard care. The main goal was to see if the video improved the women's knowledge scores about postnatal care.
