Summary
This study looked at whether a special tennis class could improve college students' social skills and physical health. 94 students were split into two groups: one took a regular tennis class, and the other took a tennis class designed to encourage teamwork and cooperation. After 8 weeks, the researchers measured changes in prosocial behavior (like helping teammates) and physical fitness. The goal was to see if the special class made a difference.
