Can a 12-Week app class bridge the digital gap for older migrants?

NCT ID NCT07160803

Summary

This study tested a 12-week training program designed to help elderly migrants learn to use social networking apps. Researchers wanted to see if the program could reduce feelings of social isolation and improve participants' ability to find health information online. They compared 31 people who took the classes to 30 people who did not, measuring their skills and well-being before, right after, and one month after the program ended.
