Summary
This study aimed to find out which of two common training methods is better for improving soccer players' fitness. Researchers compared moderate-intensity circuit training to moderate-intensity continuous training in 56 male soccer players over 8 weeks. They measured how quickly the players' heart rates recovered, their aerobic fitness, leg power, and agility to see which workout led to better results.
