Scientists track how Middle-Aged bodies bounce back from soccer

NCT ID NCT06260215

Summary

This study aimed to understand how the muscles of middle-aged men recover after playing soccer. Eleven healthy men aged 40-60 completed a single soccer training session, and researchers measured their muscle soreness, blood markers, and physical performance for several days afterward. The goal was to gather basic knowledge about recovery patterns, not to test a treatment.
