New cancer drug trial seeks to control advanced tumors

NCT ID NCT06736704

Summary

This study is testing a new medicine, SNV4818, for people with advanced solid tumors that have a specific genetic change (PIK3CA mutation). The main goals are to find the safest and most effective dose of SNV4818, both by itself and when combined with other cancer drugs. Researchers will also check if the medicine helps control the cancer and how the body processes it.
