Hands-On healing: which therapy eases back pain best?

Summary
This study aims to see which of two common hands-on physical therapy techniques works better for easing chronic low back pain. It will involve 60 adults with long-term back pain, who will receive treatment three times a week for four weeks. Researchers will measure changes in pain, flexibility, and stability to compare the SNAG and Maitland techniques.
