NCT ID NCT07377513

Summary

This study aims to see if sending SMS text reminders helps patients with corneal ulcers (serious eye infections) return for their scheduled follow-up appointments. It will involve about 310 adult patients at an eye hospital in Nepal who are being treated with medication. The goal is to find a simple, low-cost way to improve care and prevent vision loss by helping patients remember their important check-ups.
