Summary

This study looked at whether sending text messages to caregivers of people who survived a suicide attempt is a practical way to check on them. Fifteen adults who were hospitalized after a suicide attempt and their caregivers took part. The goal was to see if patients and caregivers found the SMS system easy to use and acceptable.
