Summary

This study tests a new drug called SMP-3124LP, which is a standard cancer drug wrapped in a fatty bubble (liposome) to help it work better. It is for adults with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to other treatments. The trial has two parts: first, finding a safe dose, and second, seeing if the drug shrinks tumors.
