Summary

This study follows 100 adults with high-risk smoldering myeloma, a precursor to active multiple myeloma, to learn how the disease naturally progresses. Participants receive close monitoring with advanced whole-body MRI scans and standard care over two years. The goal is to better understand which patients develop serious complications, such as kidney damage or fractures, and how their quality of life changes.
