Summary

This study tests a new type of counseling designed to prevent young adults (ages 18-25) from starting to smoke again after they have quit. Researchers will work with 100 recent ex-smokers in Hong Kong to see if the program is practical and helps them stay tobacco-free. The goal is to gather early evidence for a larger future study.
